Expensive?

Originally I thouught this was expensive but it fitted my

needs, when it arrived and I saw the quality I could see why it costs as much as it did and now its "almost"

under priced

3 part timber 'Z' type. (See below for extension piece). Large safe and comfortable grooved steps (340mm x 80mm)

Max ceiling height 2.81m(shorter is no problem!). Hatch size HTML clipboard 1130 x 550mm x 140mm deep. Loading 150kg. ALSO there is an extension kit that makes the maximum floor to ceiling height up to 3.51m, available at the checkout

Made from solid spruce - FSC & PEFC certified

Handrail included at no extra charge

20mm thick insulated trap door

It is usually neccesary to have to elongate the loft opening.Different versions available for different gaps between rafters. Select Version Required
